Notice of Birth

Appplication for a birth certificate for children born outside Zimbabwe can be done at the Embassy. Make an appointment at zimbrussels@skynet.be

Requirements: :
Originals and copies of the following documents:

• Birth record / Health Card ( including the English translated version)
• External Birth Certificate
• Mother’s I.D, Birth Certificate and passport;
• Father’s  I.D, Birth Certificate and passport;
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Both parents (if applicable) should be available at the Embassy.
